EVENTS WHERE YOU PARTICIPATE, NOT JUST ATTEND

CONFERENCES WITH REAL CONTENT AND REAL PEOPLE

At XP Days Benelux and our other flagship events, you don't sit through polished sales pitches. You join hands-on sessions led by practitioners who are actually doing the work. We bring new international speakers to the Benelux and design every track so you leave with techniques you can use Monday morning.

  • Speakers you won't find at other Benelux events.
  • Hands-on sessions, not just talks.
  • Half of XP Days Benelux attendees come back. That says something.

UNCONFERENCES: YOU SHAPE THE AGENDA

At events like the Liberating Structures Global Gathering, the agenda isn't set months in advance by an organizing committee. It's co-created by the people in the room. You bring your questions, your challenges, and your experience — and the conversation follows what actually matters to you.

  • You propose topics, not just consume them.
  • Conversations that matter to practitioners right now.
  • No forced networking — real dialogue happens naturally.

IN-PERSON, BECAUSE REAL CONNECTION MATTERS

We experiment with formats — unconferences, workshops, dojos, ateliers — but always in person. Screens don't replace the value of being in the same room with people who share your challenges.

  • Formats designed for genuine human connection.
  • Meet the people you'll still be learning from years later.
  • No virtual substitute for real dialogue.

Our events are where practitioners become peers, and peers become collaborators.

People don't come to Re-Evented events to be entertained. They come to learn, to challenge, and to contribute.

That's why half of our XP Days Benelux attendees keep coming back.

HOW WE WORK

Our values are not just words—they are how we show up, together.
We invest our time, energy, and resources because we love what we do.
Organizing is our playground for learning: we experiment, reflect, and adapt, always with a spirit of playful seriousness.
We are driven by intrinsic motivation and guided by an agile mindset—improving with every step, and having fun along the way.

COMMUNITY FIRST

Prioritizing the needs and growth of our community in all endeavors.
We foster open exchange of ideas and experiences to ensure decisions are driven by those actively involved.
Our motivation comes from within: the joy of seeing people connect, learn, and grow is what keeps us going.

LEARNING MINDSET

We treat every event as an experiment—sometimes things go perfectly, sometimes we learn something new!
We are not afraid to try, tweak, and try again.
Our playful approach means we celebrate both the wins and the lessons, and we continuously share learnings to improve and adapt.

CROSS-BORDER COLLABORATION

Connecting diverse perspectives and expertise across regions and disciplines to enrich our shared knowledge.
We grow stronger by learning from each other and embracing new viewpoints.

ACCESSIBLE & SUSTAINABLE

Creating inclusive environments where everyone can contribute and benefit, building long-term value and fostering continuous improvement for lasting impact.
We invest our energy and resources to make sure our work is meaningful and sustainable.

SHARED LEARNING ECOSYSTEM

Fostering a culture of open knowledge sharing and peer-to-peer learning, where practical experience informs our governance and collective growth.
We learn as much as we teach.
Every event is a two-way street, and we're always open to new ideas and feedback.

TRANSPARENCY & TRUST

We foster open communication, transparency, and trust in all our collaborations, ensuring clarity and shared understanding for everyone involved.
We are open about our journey—including the challenges, the pivots, and the improvements.

These values guide every decision, from event design to partnership selection to community engagement.

ABOUT RE-EVENTED

THE STORY

Re-Evented was formed in 2016 by agile practitioners who were tired of conferences that felt like trade shows. We wanted events where you actually learn something — where practitioners share what works, what doesn't, and why. As a non-profit, every decision serves the community, not a shareholder.

THE APPROACH

We run conferences, unconferences, and workshops across the Benelux. Every event is a chance to bring new international voices to Belgium and the Netherlands, and to create space for peer learning that doesn't happen behind a screen. We experiment with formats, reflect on what works, and adapt — because we're practitioners too, not just organizers.

THE IMPACT

10 years. Dozens of events. Hundreds of practitioners — and half of our XP Days Benelux attendees come back. That tells us we're doing something right. Our non-profit structure means no sales pitches, no vendor floors, no hidden agendas. Just practitioners helping practitioners.
